Thanks for visiting and shopping at VILUXE, following are the terms and conditions that guide our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Delivery Time
We value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. All products are processed within 24-48 hours after payment and sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Delivery time usually takes within 3-5 business days, depending on the weather conditions or your location.
When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Payment
We accept all major credit and Debit cards (MasterCard, visa card), Shopify Pay. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number.
Payment Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorised and verified. Once the payment has been verified, the order cannot be canceled or changed within this time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
